DOUGLASS, and NATHAN MARTIN, the sum of $600 each as a reasonable
fee for their services rendered in this cause. ~
d. to Plaintiff, ROBERT P. DIMMEETT, the sum of ~
$7,763.70 representing the difference between the outstanding
mortgage being assumed, to wit: $10,691.71 less his share of
the costs of this action, to wit: $2,928.00.
e. to Defendant, SHIRLEY J. MOOSE, the balance of
the proceeds of sale in the amount of $16,776.15.
3. That Defendant's motion for additional contributions
for mortgage payments and costs of up;ceep other than as set
forth in paragraph 1 of this order, be and the same is hereby
denied.
