Haheas Corpus to determine the legal custody of the minor child,
kimberly Ma ~lcConnell. and appearances being made by both parties
and their respective counsel and the minor ch11d. Kimberly Ann
' McConnell. and the Court being fullq advised in the premises finds
as followa:
1. That each party is a fit and proper person to receive
the care . custodq and control of the minor child~ Kimberlp Ann
