THIS CAIISE came on for trial on the 23rd day of October.

1975. and the Court having given full consideration to all tbe
evidence. finds and determines: This Court has jurisdictioa of t?~e
paY[ies and subject mattet of this suit; that the relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage betWeen
the parties should be dissolved. IL is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between NAROLD
FRA?~IK ZIrII~tER and HARTNA RAYE 2It~4~R be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of then are hereby forever freed'~~
from the boads of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from ~
