This cause caming on to bel~eard before me this day upon the
otion of the Plaintiff to Compel Discovery, and the Court having heard the
rguments of counsel and being otherwise duly advised in the premises it is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion be, and the same ia
hereby granted, and the Defendant, Gerald F. Bean, is hereby ordered to produce
to the,Plaintiff or the Plaintiff's attorney certain business records of Toyota
utomobile Sales of South Miami, and to otherwise make them available for
inspection and copying; said records to consist of, and be, for the purpase of
this order, limited to, cancelled checks and credit card sales drafts for the
period December l, 1970 through December 1, 1972. Said production shall be at
a place and time to be agreed upon between the parties and their attorneys,
j iprovided that it shall take place within thirty days of the date of this Order,

i and provided further that should the parties be unable to agree as to a time and
E
place for production this Court hereby reserves jurisdiction to order that
~production occur at a time and place certain. .
