~ Dissolution of Marriage, and both parties beinq present and repre-
;'sented by counsel, and the Court havinq heard testimony, argument,

°:and otherwise being advised in the premises, it is hereby
s' ORDERED AND ADJODGED that the Husband, JOffiJ LEONARD RUSS, is
i`in contempt of this Court for failing to provide to the Wife, !

:!CECLLIA SENORA RUSS, a quit-claim deed of his interest in the
°'property at issue, and that as punishment the Husband shall be

~ '.`confined in the St. Lucie County jail from 12:00 noon, October

~ `'29, 1975, for a period of five (5) days. It is further
~ ORDERED AND ADJUUGED that the Husband may purge himself of ~

,'~this contempt by providing to the Wife, throuqh her counsel, prior' ~

'`to 12:00 noon, October 29, 1975, a properly executed quit-claim

` deed of his interest in the property at issue. ~
