DISSOLUPION OF MARRIAGB
This cause ca?r~ on foz trial the 28th day of October, 1975
and the Court havinq given full consideration to.all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the paxties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and Mife now exists
between the partiss; and that the marriage between the parties is irret-
rievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDBRBD and ADJ[1DC~'sD as follows:
1. Th¢ marxiage betv~reeen PAULINB S. WBLLS and JACOBB WBLLS,
JR. be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the paxties and each of them
~ ` are hereby forever freed fYOm the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing

~ btween them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
~ 2. ?he Separation Agreement dated March 31, 1975 is hereby

is awared the custody and support of the minor childre to it;~'the hus-

band shall pay $35.00 a week or $151.67 per month subject to further orde
concistent with the agreement incorporated and that the said support shal
be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted pzomptly to PAUL
S. WBLLS. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as
statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All pay-
ments shall be made in cash, mon~y order or cashier's check. Both
parties aYe ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their
