~ PINAL JWGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRUGB
This cause came on for trial the i~~ day of ~October , 19 S
aad the Court having given full conaideration to all the evidence, finds aad
• determines: This Court has ~urisdiction of the parties and sub~ect matter of
this suit; that tbe relation of husband and vife naw exista between the parties
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably brokea and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND AD,TUDGED as folla~s:
. 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The,marriage between KBNNBTH A.
GREEN and DENISE L. GREEN be and the same is hereby disaolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimonq heretofor
existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of RY'LE ADRIAN GRESN, age 5 years, minor
; child of the parties, is hereby awarded to DBNISE L. GRBEN with reasonable

i visitation rights reserved to IC~iNETH A. GREBN.

3. SUPPORT. Cammencing the ? day~of , 1975,
~ KENDTETH A. GREEN shall pay to DENISE L. GRBBN the sum of each and eve
~ week,~for the support of the child named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court~and bq
him remitted promptZq to DENISE L. GREEN. In addition there is hereby assessed
the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Cle k.
All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of
the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their maili

~ and residence addresses at all timea while this order is in effect.
~ 4. RESTRAII~ING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined

~ and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the other.
5. FEES AND COSTS. The court determines the sum of $300.00
