This cause came on for trial the day of ~~~~Z~
1975, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence,~finds and determines: This Court has jurisdi~tion of
tAe parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
o! husb~nd and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
n?arriaqe between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. ~
It is thereupon " •
~ ORD$RED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

~ l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
~ MICHAEL REED SMITA and SANDRA TISON SMITB be and the same is
hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of-them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. That the agreement reached~by the parties and
filed in this action is hexeby incorporated herein and made a
part hereof.
~ 3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
~ parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further ordera
as may be proper. ~
