FINAL JUDGMEN'r FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THI3 CAUSE came on for final hearing on the 2nd day of
September,1975, and the Wife having appeared with counsel and a
default having been entered against the Husband for failing to
file or serve an answer or other pleading. And the Court having
given f~ll consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines:
This Court hgs ~urisdiction of the parties and sub3ect matter of
thi~ suit; that the relations of Wife and Husband now exists
between the parties; the equities are with the Wife arid against .
t~he Husband, and the Wife is entitled to dissolution of marriage.
It is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGID as follows:

~ 1. DIS30LUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the Wife,
ANNIE KATE JOHNSON JACKSON, and the Husband, J. C. JACKSON, be and
the same is hereby dissolved, and the said parties and each of
them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony here-
tofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of RONALD EUGENE JACKSON, An Adult,
~ DEBRA BLONDELL JACKSON, CYNTHIA LaVERNI JACKSON, BELINDA ANN JACKSON,

JER.AI~ CORNELIUS JACKSON, TIMOTHY TYRONE JACKSON and MICHAEL ANTHONY
JACKSON, minor children of the Wife and Husband, is hereby awarded
to the Wife with reasonable visitation rights reserved to the -
Husband.
