This cause coming on to be heard before me this date on petition
of BILLY D. CHAUNCEY, natural uncle, and JEANETTE S. CHAUNCEY, his wife,
petitioning for a final decree of adoption, and it appearing to the Court that
the natural father and natural mother of the minor child have signed legal
consents to the adoption of said minor and the Court now being advised in the
premises finds:
- 1, That the petitioners, BILLY 0. CNAUNCEY and JEANETTE S.

f CHAUNCEY, his wife, are the fit and proper persons to adopt the said minor

child named in the petition, and that t~ie best interest of sai~ minor will be

2. That the said minor is suitable for adoption by the said
