ORDER
This cause came on to be heard on the Husband's Motion to
Modify the Final Judgment pertaining to the~custody of FRANK R.
.
SMITH, JIt. and to reduce the child support payments for the two
younger minor children and to set the visitation rights for the
Husband with the two younger minor children and the Court being of
the opinion that the cause was improperly before him and should be
before the Honorable James E. Alderaian, at?d being fully advised
in the premi.ses, it is thereupon .
ORDERSD AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. That the Division of Family Services of the Department

'r of Health and Rehabilitation Service of the State of Florida, with
an office at 1505 Delaware Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, shall make
a study, report and recommendation to the Honorable James E.
Alderman, Circuit Judge, St. Lucie County Courthouse, Fort Pierce,
Florida as to the residence, surrounding and fitness of the Husband
and ~tife to assist the Court in a?aking a determination as to the
r custody of the minor child, FRANK R. SMITH, JR.; that a copy of
such study, report and recommendation shall be mailed to Errol S.

~ Norman Paxton, Jr., Esquire, P. O. Box 1418, Fort Pierce, Florida
33450, by the Division of Faanily Services.
