EXECUTRIX DEED ~
. THIS INDSNTURS, executed the day of October, 1975,
between VIRGINIA S. HILSON, as EXECUTRIX of the ESTATE OF JACK
HILSON, DECEASL~O, party of the first part, and WILLIAM H. HILSON
P.O. Box 2161, Fort Pierce, Florida, party of the second part, ~
WITNESSETH: _
Said party of the first part on the 24th day of October, 1975, '
by petition applied to the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County,
Florida for authorization to sell certain real property in said County
hereinafter described, averring it is in the best interest of said
estate to sell the same and also each and every jurisdictional fact;

and the prayer in said petition having appeared to and found
by said Court to be reasonable and just and said petition true
and the sale to be in the best interest of the ESTATE OF JACK AILSON
DECEASED, and the Court having rendered the order dated the 27th
day of October, 1975, authorizing said party of the first part
to sell the said real estate at private sale and upon the terms and~
~ conditions specified in the petition presented to said Court; spec-

~ ifically authorizing the sale of said real estate to the said party
C of the second part for the sum of FIFTEEN THOUSAND AND no/100 DOLLARS,
to be paid in cash at closing.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the sunt
of FIFTEEN THOUSAND AND no/100 DOLLARS, in hand paid, said party of
the first part hereby grants,bargains, sells,aliens, remises, releases,
conveys and confirms unto the said party of the second part, and to
his heirs, (successors) and assigns forever, said certain land in •

Lots 7,8,9, and 10 of Block 6, of Fort Pierce Heights as
per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 1, page 39, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, subiect to the
right-of-way and perpetual easement in the City of Fort Pierce
over the West 10 feet of said Lot 9 and the West 1Q feet _
of said Lot 10.
