TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonqing or in anywiae appertaininq.
TO AAV$ AND TO HOI,D the same unto the said party of the second
part, and to his heirs (successors) and assigna, in fee simple forever.
And the said party of the first part doth hereby covenant to
and with the said party of the second part, his heirs (succesaors)
and assigns, that in all thinga preliminary to and in and about
said sale and this conveyance the orders of said Court and the laws
of tender have been followed and complied with in all respects.
