minister oaths and take acknowledgments, personally appeared
GEORGE W. I~qOR, and being first duly sworn, deposes and says;
1. That he is the Trust Officer of the FIRST NATIONAL
BANK OF FORT PIERCE. .
- 2. That the FIRST NATIONAL B~ANK OF FORT PIERCE is the
personal representative of the Estate of JOHN L. HORI~ON, SR.,
Deceased.
3. That JOHN L. HORTON, the single indiv idual and grantee
in deed from Winifred E. McCormick, the unmarried surviving ~
spouse of Robert R. McCormick, deceased, dated October 19, 1972,
and recorded on November 7, 19~2, in Official Record Book 207,
page 2949, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, is one
and the same person as John L. Horton, SR., whose estate is being
probated and administe=ed by FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE
wader Case ~74-214-CP, Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida.
