that he is the County Attorney for St. Lucie County, Florida;
that he executed those certain Notices of Liens dated May 7, 1970, .
July 14, 1970, October 22, 1970 and November 19, 1970 and recorded

against whose property said liens were filed was a male 62 years

Florida and is not the James Martin who is approximately 29 years
j of age whose residence is 1504~Fiorida Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida
