HomeMy WebLinkAbout0908 (7) The plaintiff may be a bidder for the purchase of the property at the sale. If the plaintfff shall be the purchaser at the sale, the Clerk shall credit on the bid of the plaintiff, s the total sum herein found due to the plafntiff or such portion thereof as may be necessary to pay fully the bid of the plafntiff, except that the sums mentioned in paraqraph 8(a) of this Judgment must be paid in cash. . (8) Upon confirmation of th~ sale whether confirmation be by the Clerk filinq the Certificate of Ti,tle or by Order of this Court rulinq upon objections of that sale; the Clerk shall make distribution of the proceeds of this sale by payinq: (a) All costs and expenses of these proceedings sub- sequent to the entry of this Final Judgment, includinq the costs of publishinq the Notice of Sale and the Clerk's fee for making said sale (unless the plaintiff, having already paid for those two items of coats, shall be the purchaser at said sale), anci for the herein- above stated attorneys' fees allowed to attorneys for the plaintiff. The remaininq amounts due the plaintiff with interest thereon as provided by statute from the date hereof through the date of sale. (9) Should there be surplus after the payment above specified, ! it shall be paid into the registry of the-Court.
