Puarchase Contract, dated September 27, 1973 and reaorded in

County, Florida, wherein Seller aqreed to sell snd Buyer aqseed
to buy all the 1973-74 fruit of marketable quality (cannery qrade
or better) at the time of pfcking fruft fron the followinq qrovess
Blocks 1S, 16, l~, 18, 19 and 20 of FLORIDA MAID
ORP?IId~GS DISTRICT, ST. LUCIE CbONTY, FLORIOA,
cont~ininq Approximately 954 acres., and
UiHSREAS, subsequent to September 27, 1973 MOE C~TRUS GROVl38,
INC. haa acqu3red the title to the above said Block4 18, 19 and
20 and title to the afoz~esaid six blocka is now vest~d the
followinq parties: "
Blocka 15, 16 and 17 Florida Maid Citrus Corp.
Blocks 18, 19 and 20 Moe Citrus Groves, Inc. '
A1dD, Wl~~i$AS, BOWSN BROTHERS, INC. executed a certain
Affidavit por~kaiaing to all the aforeeaid six blocks, which
Affidaviti va~_-~cecorded in O. R. Sook 233, Paqe 1924 of said •
public recdtds and fu~ther which Affidavit recited that Bowah
Brothers, In~~. had not recovered the $250.,000 advancs made by
them to the Se11er in the aforesaid Fruit and Purchase Contract ~
and that accordinqly said Contract remained in full fo~ce and
effect, and ~
WHEREAS, BOwEN BROTHERS, INC. has now aqreed to execute this
