truit bought or proceaeed by Bqyer. Payment due at such tims will bs made within 30 days of its determination. _
In nrriving ~t the price for the second categor~r of fr~it described above. that is the late season truit, the same method ahall be
u~ed, except that it shall be based upon chilted juice sold by the Buyer between April 1 nnd November 30.
The amount due tor the two categories ahall be the 8na1 price tor all ornngea received by the Buyer from the Growcr tor the
~ea.on. Promptly after a determination of such 8nal price. the parWes shall, by ~~ayment, settle lhe amounta due betweea them by
.fanuary 15. This agreement will be binding upon the Buyer only after it has been aigned by one of the Buyer's o(fioers.
Any determination s~s to classi6cation. or qnantity o[ (ruit received. or :+s to gallonage and/or pounds o[ solids shall be as re-
Ewrted by daily tests mAde by Florida State Inspecto~s, siationed at the premises o[ the Buyer. The Buyer is respoasible for all juice

The Buyer wiU submit to !he Grower a figure determined by Buyer to be the per pound of solids price [or the season and the nttm-
t~er of pounds of solids received (rom the Grower as reported by U.S.D.A. daity repor~ The figures submitted by Buyer will be certi6ed
to by a C_P.A. firm.
The within Agreement is to rnntinue until one of the parties gives to the other noticP by registered or certi8ed mail ot ifs intention
not to conlinue for the ne:t season starting October 1. For such notice to be etlective, it must be sent not later than dune 30. Gmwer
may not validly aend any such notice while Gmwer is indebted to Buyer. It atter the final determination ot amounts due between the
Fr,irties it ahall develop that one of ihe parties hereto is indebted to the other, the foregoing notice of termination, it aeat by the
debtor, ahall not be eHective until said debtor shal) make full payment to the creditor. The growing seaaon ahall be the period from
October 1 through July 15 of each year. ~
Grower warrants good title to the groves described in this Agreement and to lhe truit produced in said groves, with lawful ri~ht ~
to enter into this Agreement and Grovrer warrants that the fruit will be free of any and all liena and claitns- The individuala sigmng ~
