This cause came on to be heard upon the petition of the Nife for a
terr~orary restrai~i~g order, restraining and e~joining the Nusband from
interfering with, molesting, using physicat violence or annoying the
Nife, temporary custody of the minor child and temporary support for the
• minor child, and the Court being fu11y advised in the premises, it is
thereupon,
ORDERED AND AOJUDGEO~ as followst
. 1. That the Husband, ROGER F. SAVASTA, be and he is hereby enjoined _
and restrained from interfering with, nalesting, using physical violence,
harassing or annoying the Wife.

' 2. A11 and singular the Sheriffs of the State of Florida are directed
to render such assistance to the Wife as may be necessary in insuring the

Husband's compliance with this Order, without further Qrder of this Court.
3. Temporary Custody of Rose Marie Savasta, age 13 months, minor .
~ child of the parties, is hereby awarded to the 1Jife, Judy A. Savasta, with
reasonable visitation rights"reserved to the Husband, Roger F. Savasta, under
the direct supervision of the Wife.
4. Carrnenci ng the day of , 1975, the"
~ Husband shatl pay to the wife tne sum of $25.00 each and every week for the
; support of the child named above.

Each payment shalt be made to the Cterk of this Court and by him
~
~ remitted promptiy to the Wife. In addition there is hereby assessed the
~

~ sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk.
