hereby certify that pursuant to the direction of the Court in its
I'inal Judgment of Foreclosure entered herein; I gave notice of pub-
].ic sale of the mortgaged property described in said judgment, by
publishing same in The News Tribune, a newspaper circulated~in St.
Lucie County, Florida,~ in the manner evidenced by Proof of Public-
ation hereto attached, and on the 30th day of October, A. D., 1975,
offered said mortgaged property for sale at public outcry to the

hiqhest and best bidder for cash, and at such sale the highest and
best bid received for said property was that submitted by McCAUGHAN
MORTGAGE COI~ANY, INC., a Florida corporation, being a bid in the

amount of $~4 O -r' , and I thereupon accepted such bid and
sold said property to the said McCAUGAAN MORTGAGE COMBANY, INC., a
Florida corporation, and have retained the proceeds of such sale for
distribution in accordance with the directions of said judgment. ~
I have rPCeived my fee of Fifteen DolZars for making the
saZe, same being paid by Law Offices of Joseph M. Fitzgerald, P.A.,
