property at the aale. If the pla~intif! shall be the purchaser
at the sale, the Clerk sha21 credit on the bid of the plaintiff,
the total swa herein found due to the plaintfff or such portio~
thereof ae may be necessary to pay fully the bid of the plafntiff,
except that the sums mentioned in paragraph 8(a) of this Judgment
must be pafd in cash. . ~
(8) Upon confinaation of the sale whether confinnation be -
by the Clerk filinq the Certificate~of Title or by Order of this
Court ruling upon objectfons of that sales the Clerk shall make
distributfon of the proceeda of this sale by payinq:
(a) Al1 costs and expenses of these proceedings sub-
sequer~t to the entry of thfs Final Judgment, includinq the costs of
publishing the Notice of Sale and the Clerk's fee for makinq said
sale (unless the plaintiff, having already paid for those two items
of costs, shall be the purchaser at said sale), and for the herein-
above stated attorneys' fees allowed to attorneys for the plaintiff.
The remaininq amounts due the plaintiff with interest thereon as
provided by statute from the date hereof through the date of sale.
(9) Should there be surplus after the payment above specified,
it shall be paid into the reqistry of the Court. Should there be a
deficiency, the Clerk shall report.the amount thereof to the Court,

~ and this Court shall retain jurisdiction to enter a deficiency judg- •

~ ment in behalf of the plaintiff, in the event such deficiency should
~ arise as a result of said aforementioned sale.

~ i10) Upon confirmation of the sale, the defendant(s) and all
persons claiming by and through h~ or any of them, are
~ severally barred, and foreclosed of and from any right, title, interest, •

s claim or demand in or to said property, and the purchaser at the sale,
; its aqents and assiqns, shall be lefi into possession of said property

~ without delay.
