ORDER
This cause came on for a hearing before the Court on the
defendants' motion to dismiss the am~ended complaint filed herein
and defendants' motion to compel discovery and the plaintiff
having moved the Court for leave to amend the amended complaint
by interlineation by strikinq the word "could" where the same
appears in the last sentence of paraqraph 8 of said amended
complaint and by substituting therefor the word "should" and the
said motion having been granted and said amendment having been made
by interlineation, and the Court having oonsidered argument on the
motion to dismiss the amended contplaint, as a~ended, and the Court
~ having further considered argument by counsel as to the motion to

; compel dis covery, and the Court being fully advised in the premises,
~ it is thereupon •

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the defendants' motion to dismiss
the amended complaint, as amended by interlineation as aforesaid,
be and the same is hereby denied with leave to the defendants to
answer within ten (10) days of the date hereof; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that defendants' motion to compel
~ discovery is hereby denied.
