motions of Defendants, DENNIS B. MSYRE and HEALTHCO, INC.,
to dismiss Plaintiff's complaint, and the Court having
received arqument of counsel and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises; it is
ORD$RED AND ADJUDGED that motions of Defendants, DSNNIS
B. MHYRL and H$ALTHCO, INC., d/b/a ROWER DSNTAL, to dismiss -
Plaintiff's complaint be and the same are hereby denied.
Said Defendants shall have ten (10) days from the date of
this Order within which to file responsive pleadings.
