1. That PATRICK B. LALLY and JUDITH A. LALLY are the owners
of the~above described real property.
2. That there are no mechanics' liens, or other statutory
liens against said property and that there are no unpaid bills or claims
outstanding for labor or materials "incident to the construction, repair-
ing, renovating, excavating or improving of the above property or any
buildings and *he improvements located thereon, or for or by reason of
any other matter or thing whatsoever; that no~person, firm, association or
corporation has the right to assert a mechanics' lien or other statutory lie

for unpaid labor or materials furnished to the above-described property,

past twelve months; and that no notices of intention to claim lien or
other cautionary notices of any kind have been served with respect to
labor performed or materials furnhised upon said property.
