Pursuant to the provisiona of Florida Statute 196.161 a
Notice ia hereby given that DALS BItAt)FORD, who died October 3,
1974, a resident of Center, Williama County, Ohio, applied for
and was granted homestead exemption an the following described
real property for the years 1970, 1971; 1972, 1973, and 1974:

Dittmar's Subdivision of Blocks .
15 and "O" of the official caap
of Fort Pierce, Florida, as re- ~
corded in Plat Book 1, at Page

According to the Circuit Court recorda, an Ancillary Administration
has been comaaenced in St. Lucie County,..Florida, styled "In Re:
Estate of DALS BRADFORD, Deceased,° St. Lucie County, Florida,
No. 75-216 CP.
No Court of competent jurisdiction in this atate has determined
that the taxpayer was a bona fide resident of this state during the
years execaptions were allowed. Therefore, the taxpayer was not
entitled to receive said exemptions and that by virtue of the above
mentioned statute, the amount of taxes plus interest thereon at the
rate of six percent (696) per annum cotaputed from April l, following
the~year in which the taxes were assessed, constitutes a lien on
said real property. The amounts of the lien are as follows:

In preparation of this lien, the Property Appraiser for St.
Lucie County, Florida has incurred fees and costs of $31.00 which
