encumbering certain lands in St. l.ucie County, Florida therein -

Mortgage Oeed, dated October 4, 1972, arnending the sum secured -
by an additional princi pal indebtedness of =1,112,3~2.00 and .

iMEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
