This cause came on for hearing on consent of counsel for
the respective parties to amend the Final Judqment entered in
the above entitled cause on December.27, 1973 by adding a new
paragraph restorinq the Wife to her former name of Edna Y. Alday,
and the Court being fully advi~ed in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Final Judgment entered herein
on December 27, 1973 be and the same is hereby amended by adding
a new paraqraph, numbered 7, to read as follows:
' "7. EDNA Y. BURDETTE be and she is hereby authorized
to assume her former name of l3DNA Y. ALDAY and to use the
same in all respects as if said marriaqe had not intervened."
