FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause came on for trial this day of Septem-
ber, 1970, and counsel for the Plaintiff and for the Defendant .
having entered into a Stipulation in open Court, and the De-
fendant having withdrawn her Counterclaim, and the Court having
given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and deter-
mines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the
subject tnatter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the Plaintiff and the Defendant; the
equities are with the Plaintiff and against the Defendant, and
the Pla~.ntiff is entitled to a divorce. ~
It is, therefore, ORDERED as follows:
1. The marriage between the Plaintiff, PAUL C. KLOSBR,
and the Defendant, I,UANNE S. I~,OSER, be and the same is here-
I; by dissolved, and the said parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
between them and from the obligations arisinq therefrom.
2. Custody of the minor daughter, I~iREN I~OSER, is here-

` by awarded to the Defendant and custody of the minor children,
STEPF~N KLOSER, ?~AUREL ANNE KLOSER and TOM IQASER is hereby
awarded to the Plaintiff with reasonable visitation rights
reserved to the Plaintiff and to the Defendant; the visitation
