KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Jack Horner, as
President of NU-AIR MANUFACTURING COMPANY, for and in considera-
tiofi of the sum of Ten Dollara and other good and valuable

considerations, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby certify that those certain Mechanic's Liens in favor of
Nu-Air Manufacturing Company and against General Development
t Corporation dated as indicated upon the following described real
property situated in the County of St. Lucie , in the
State of Florida, and said liens being recorded in the respective
Official Recoid Hooks and pages as attached hereto and made a
part hereof and identified as Exhibit "A" in the total amount
of $ 3,708.99 are hereby discharged and,the undersigned
hereby releases and quit-claims to the said General Development
` Corporation, its successors and assigns, all lien rights, claims
or demands of any kind_.whatsoever which the undersigned now has
~ or might have against the described real prop`erty and the register

a of deeds of said County is hereby authorized and directed to dis-
f charge the same upon the record thereof, accordinq to the Statute
