and the Petitioner, PATRICIA A. SANDS, being present and repre- ~

sented by the Assistant State Attorney, Ernon Sidaway III, and the

Respondent, DONALD E. SANDS, being present and being represented
ii
E; by Douglas P. Lawless, Esquire, and the parties having reached

an agreement and stipulation that there is due and owing the sum
}
~1 of Three Hundred Ninety-seven and 50/100 Dollars ($397.50), and
that the Husband shall increase his child support payments to

' Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) per week per child pursuant to the modi-
~

~ fication agreement to be filed in Case No. 68-326-CA, it is

~ therefore,

~ ORDERED that the Husband is in default in the amount of ~

~ $397.50, as of October 31, 1975. Such arrearage shall be~ paid
~ ;i _
at fhe rate of $5.00 a week, ~n addition to the new agreed amount~~
of $15.00 per week, per child, for a total payment of $35.00 per ~
week, plus $1.00 statutory Clerk's fees. ~
