feet Southeasterly from a monumental stone on the line between Sections 4 and 9 of ~

Quarter Section corner of said Section line; thence run South 67° West T224 feet, more ;
or less, to Savannah; thence run Northwesterly along Savannah to a point which is 110 ~
feet distant from the precQding line when measured at right angles therewith; thence '
run North 67° East, being parallel with the first line and 110 feet.distant therefrom, +
' to the West shore of Indian River (St. Lucie Sound); thence run Southeasterly along
