THIS QUIT CLAIM DEED, executed this 21st day of October,
1975 by ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA, first party, to WINTON FARMS
CORPORATiON, whose post office address is 71 Woodhollow Court,
Muttontown, N. Y. 11791, second party:
WHEREAS, Eugene H. Gaillard, as Trustee, by Right of Way Deeds

dated March 26, 1928 and recorded in Deed Book 78 at page 571,

conveyed to St. Lucie County, Florida for riqht of way purposes ll,,~
