MINER Husband and FIN~ JUDCMENT BETTY LOU MINER Wife ~ THIS CAUSE came on for trial on the day of rv , 1975, and the Court having given full consideration to all evidence , finds and determines: 1. That this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this suit; 2. That the relationship of husband and wife now exists between the parties; 3. That the marriage is irretrieveably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon, ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLIITION OF MARRIAGE: The marraiqe between EDWARD J. MINER and BETTY LOU MINER to be and the same is hereby , dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby and forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them ~ ~ and from the obligation arising therefrom. i • . ! ~ 2. DISSOLUTION SETTLEMENT: The dissolution settlement ~ agreement entered into by the parties and introduced as Petitioner's Exhibit "I" is incorporated and made a part hereof tris final judgment and the parties are herby ordered to abide by the provisions stated therein/ ~ 3.
