This cause came on for trial the 4th day of Movember, 1975,~and
the Court having given full consideration to al] the evidence, finds .and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of_the parties and subject matter of
this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties s
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should

be dissolved. It is ~hereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between DIXIE LEE BURWELL and ROBERT BRUCE BURNELL
! be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are

` hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between

~ them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. The Agreement dated October 28, 1975 is hereby admitted into
evidence and incorporated herein by reference and the parties ar~ ordered to
canply with the provisions thereof.
