This cause came on for hearing on the petitioner's Petition for
~
support and the Court finds no arrearage against the defendant, JOHN VIERLING,
i
and that no Order for support has been entered in this cause and upon the
showing of good faith by the defendant and the Court being fully advised
therein, thereupon, it is hereby
ORDERED that beginning November 3, 1975, the defendant, JOHN
VIERLING, shall pay to WILLA VIERLING the swn of ~25.00 each and every week
for the support of minor children of the parties. Each pa~yment shall be made
! to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted pra~tly to WILLA VIERLIMG.

~ In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of ~1.00 as statutory costs to be
~ ' added to each a
~ p yment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made i~n cash,
! money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the
Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all
~
times while this order is in effect.

~ The Court retairisjurisdiction of this cause for such further
~ orders as may appear necessary.
