PRESLEY, appears to have remdined away from the~home for a considerable period of time and has not provided support for the children, the Petitioner, JEANETTE PRESLEY, is the proper person to have the care, custody, and control of the above-named minor children. However, the Respondent may move this Court for visitation privileges. _7. It is the finding of this Court that no real or personal property exists in 3oint title as a result of this marriage. 8. The Petitioner has proved the allegations of the petition and that the marriage is lrretrievably borken. 9. The Default Judgment previously entered in this cause is ratified and confirmed. . 10.
