This cause was duly presented by the State Attorney and the Respondent having bcen pre9ent in
Court, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of
NA'niANIEL POX. born 1/13/64; LEROY POX, bom 1~23/65.
(1~ARLFS POX, born 8/10/68 and ItON~ID POX, born 5/23/70
minor children, the sum of S 25.00 p~ W~k plus and additional S 1.00
for payment of _Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments.
These payments are to begin on the
