Court, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is, '
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of

minor childrpp, the sum of S 25.00 per ~k plus and additional 31.00
for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments. .
These payments are to begin on the
