This cause came on for trial the ~ day of
1975, arid the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has Jurisdiction of
the parties and sub~ect matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and Nife nrn+ exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is lrretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Marriage between ALBERTHA DAVIS THORPE, and
TERRY C. THORPE, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are herebq forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. Custody of FREDERICK T. THORPE, the minor child of
; the parties, is hereby awarded to ALBERTHA DAVIS THORPE xith
I reasonab le visitation right M reserved to-TERRY . THORPE.

~ 3. Commencing the ~ day of A.D. 1975
~ TERRY C. THO ~ shall pay to ALBER DA THO E, the
~ sum of r each and every Meek (month), for the support
of the child named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
by him remitted promptly to ALBERTHA DAVIS THORPE. In addition
there is hereby asseseed the swn of ~1.00 as statutory costs
to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments
shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both
~ of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court
advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times
while tbis order is in effect. r--
~ 4. Each of the parties is hereby enJoined and restrained'.
