This cause was duly presented by the State Attorney and the Respondent having been presEnt in
Court, and the Court being advised in the premi9es, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the beaefit of
DE~ORAH CARI~SO~I, born Ja~uary 9, 1958,

plus an additional $10.00 per mo~rth tvward arrearage until paid in full,
minor chil~ the sum of SbS. ~1 per ~nth/ plus and additional S 1.00
for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments.
These payments are to be~n on the

of each and every mc~ntt, that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check

to arrearages.

and entering sucN further orders as may be deemed equitable.
