This cause was duly presented by the State Attorney and the Respondent having been present in
Court, and the Court being advised in the premi~es, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of
g~RIE1TA GASKIN, born May 15, 1975,
minor child~, the sum of S 25.00 per ~k plus and additional S 1.00
for payment of Clerk's fee for rec:eiving and disbursing support payments.
These payments are to begin on the

of each and every week that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's checic
or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and the said Glerk shall transmit the said payments to Clerk, Jwenile Court,
