THIS CAUSE coming on this day to be heard upon Plaintiff's
Motion for Final Judgment of _Foreclosure, and it appearing to the
Court from an examination of the pleadings, affidavits and exhibits
filed with the motion, that a default judgment has been duly and
regularly entered herein against the defendants, Allen David
Blackerby and Lois H. Blackerby, his wife, and each of them; and
it further appearing unto the Court that the Plaintiff is entitled
to a final judgment of foreclosure, and the Court being advised
in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the default judgments heretofore entered by the
Clerk of this Court against the Defendants Allen David Blackerby
! and Lois H. Blackerby, his wife be, and the same are hereby
F ratified, approved and confirmed.
