BLACKERBY, his wife~, on the followinq described property in St. Lucie County , Florida : ~ pN`YS • ~ a~c S- ~ls ~C ~8 ~~n 3 Lot 3, of Block 2 of SABAL PALM SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 10, at page 16, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida - 4. If the total sum with interest at the rate prescribed by law and all costs of this action accruinq subsequent to this judgment are not paid within three (3) days from this date, the Clerk of this Court shall sell the property at public sale on November 1975, between 12:00 o'clock Noon and 1:00 o'clock P. M. to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth herein- after, at the East door of the Courthouse in Fort Pierce, St. • Lucie County, Florida, in accordance with 545.031, Florida Statutes. 5. Plaintiff shall advance all subsequent costs of this ~ action and shall be reimbursed for them by the Clerk if plaintiff f ~ is not the purchaser of the property at the sale. If plaintiff is ~ the purchaser, the Clerk shall credit plaintiff's bid with the ~ ~ total sum with interest and costs accruing subsequen~ to this . f judgment or such part of it as is necessary to pay the bid in # ~ full. 6.
