MORTGAC~E CONSOLIDATION AGREEMSNT
HUBERT C. CASHWELL and DOROTHY L. CASHWELL, his wife, ~
hereinafter called borrower, and GEORGE W. KAUL and LUCY KAUL, his
wife, hereinafter called lender, stipulate and agree to modify
those mortgages covering the following-described real property in
St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 5, Block 2, MARAVILLA PINES SUBDIVISION,
_ as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 6,
at paqe 39, of the-public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida. -

AS FOLLOWS:
1. The said mortgages dated December 7;~1972, and recorded
in O.R. Book 208, at page 2509 and that mortgage owned by the lender
and assiqned to the lender by Roland Macon Realty, Inc., which
original mortgage is recorded in O.R. Book 180, at page 902, and which
Assignment is recorded in O.R. Book 183, at page 2275, are hereby
combined and modified as hereinafter set forth.
2. That the total balance due under said combined mortqages
(including future advances made thereunder) is agreed to be $7,250.00,
the next payment of which is due November 1, 1975, in the amount of
$155.00, said amount being payable each month until said mortgages
are paid in full, said mortgages are bearing and continue to bear 10$
, interest, and in the event that any payment is more than 14 days late
f there shall be assessed a late charge in the amount of $7.75.
