~ THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered i~to this day

of January, 1975, by and between WILLIAM LLOYD WILKES, a non-
resident of the State of Georqia, of the First Part, and FRANCES
ELIZABETH WILKES, of the County of Thomas, State of Georqia, of
the Second Part.
W I T N E S S E T H: .
WHEREAS, the parties are husband and wife, havinq
intermar=ied on June l~ approximately 15 years ago; and

WHEREAS,, t,~ere are two minor children born of this
marriage; namely, RHONDA DARNELL WILKES, age 12, and WILLIAM
KEITH WILKES, aqe 11; and
~~I3EREAS, both parties are of the opinion that a
reconciliation is impossible, and to resume their marital
relationship would work a hardship on the parties for various
reasons; and
WHEREAS, both parties desire to settle between themselve
all praperty rights and claims which the Party of the Second Part
may have against the Party of the First Part, including riqhts
~ ~of alimony, both temporary and permanent, year's support and .

E attorney's fees, and any and all claims that either party has or

may have against the other; ~
NOW, THEREFORE, IN CONSIDERATION OF THE MUTUAL COVENANTS
AND AGREF•AIENTS HEREIN STATED, AND FOR GOOD AND SUFFICIENT CAUSE
FRO~i EACH PARTY TO THE OTHER FOLLOWING, THE PARTZES MUTUALLY AGREE
AS FOLLOWS:

Party of the Second Part shall have permanent custody
of RHOIdDA DARNELL WILKES and temporary custody of WILLIAM KEITH

~ WILKES until such time as Party of the First Part shall estab2ish
~ ia permanent home at which time Party of the First Part shall have

permanent custody of WILLIAts KEITH WILKES.
