' Party of the First Part hereby agrees to make the remaining payments due on said mobile home, and said party hereby agrees that Party of the Second Part shall have the.riqht to reside in and vccupy said mobile home and to occupy the realty said mobile hom~-is si~µated on in A~alon Estates until Party of . the Second Part shall remarry. - If Party of the Second Part shall remarry, said party ~ acknowledqes that_she shall no longer be entitled to the use or occupancy of said mobile home~or realty, and said party aqrees to ~ vacate said premises inuaediately should she remarry. Party of the Second Part acknowledges that Party of the First Part is the legal titl~ holder of both the mobile home and realty aforementioned. However, by agreement of the parties, if either said mobile home or said realty is sold or reduced to cash . by any means or both are sold or reduced to cash by any means I at any time before Party of the Second Part shall remarry, then ~ Party of the First Part agrees to divide the proceeds from said sale, sales, reduction, or reductions equally with Party of the Second Part.
