BEFORS ME, the undersigned authority, duly authorized
in the State and County aforesaid to take acknowledgments,
personally appeared DAVE DeWITT, who upon being duly
sworn did depose and say that he hereby agrees to save
Firat Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce ~
harmless and to pay any estate taxes due the State of
Florida for the estate of Celestino W. O'Connor. This
affidavit is given so that a closing may be had regarding
the following described property:

according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 10, page 16, public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida,
at First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort
Pierce, Florida.
