This indenture made this 12th day of February, 1975,
between NATALIE E, CHRISSINGER, unmarried, of the County
of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, party of the first part,
whose post office address is 745 La Charles Drive N.E., Albu-
querque, New Mexico, and NATALIE C. CIFERRI, a married woman,
as her sole and separate estate, of the County of Bernalillo,
State of New Mexico, party of the second part, whose post of-
fice address is 745 La Charles Drive N.E., Albuquerque, New ~o,

Mexico, 4~ITNESSETH: •
That the said party of the first part, for and in con-
sideration of the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) to her in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the
said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns forever,
the following described land, towit: ~
' Lots 12 and 13, Block 1689 of PORT ST. LUCIE
! SECTION 31, a Subdivision according to the
~ Plat thereof, recorded in.Plat Book 14, page
~ 22, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
~ Florida.
