This cause coming on to be heard the 5~ day of November, 1975
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: This Court has ~urisdiction of the parties and sub~ect matter of
this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties;
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievablq brolcen and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJtJDGBD as f ollows : ~
~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between iiAYNH
~ CLIFFORD MYERS and DEBORAH JOB iKYERS be and t:~e same is hereby dissolved, and t
! parties aad each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore eacisting between them and fram the oblig~iais arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of ANGSL DARLENE I~iYERS, born September 13,
1975, minor child of this marriage, is hereby awarded to DEBORAfl JOB MYEBS, wif
~ with reasonable visitation rights reserved to WAYNE CLIFFORD MYSRS, husband.
~ . 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the~~~ dav of 1975,

! ~ WAYNE CLIFFORD MYERS shall pay to DEBORAfl JOE MYERS the sum of eac

; and every Week for the support of the child named above.

~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by h

the sum of $1.00 as statutorq costs to be added to each payment made to the
Clerk. Al1 payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashiers check. Bot
