FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 5th day of November, 1975, and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and deterzaines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and shouLd be dissolved. It is thereupon
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between PAUL BARRY
ALEXANDER CROOK, Husband, and ELOUISE BARRY CROOR, Wife, be and the
same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of tttem are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of WILLIAM CROOK and ALEXANDER CROOK, minor
~ children of the parties, is hereby awarded to EL~UISE BARRY CROOR with
~
~ reasonable visitation rights reserved to PAUL BARRY ALEXANDER CROOR.

~ 3. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to relieve either
~ party of the provisions of the separation order relating to the
~ support of the minor children filed January 22, 1975, in the Probate
~ Court of Mercer County, Massachuesetts.
~ This Order entered at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
t_his day of November, 1975.
